He organised a private inspection for us at short notice, was super quick to get our offer in front of the sellers, and supported us to settlement and beyond. His communication throughout was nothing but friendly, warm, and reassuring. He replied quickly to every message we sent and gave us regular updates on the process, even recommending some local restaurants to enjoy during our trip. Jules also organised a celebratory hamper to be delivered to us back in Queensland when we went unconditional, which is very indicative of the care he puts into his work. We felt supported the whole time and are so happy with how everything turned out! We wouldn’t hesitate to sell our house with Jules in the future or buy through him again.
