Julia was exceptional. The sellers wanted a quick sale and I as the buyer wanted a fast, stress free purchase. Julia communicated above and beyond and ensured I was aware of everything I needed to know as a first time buyer. She gave me lots of advice and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Although she was unavailable on the day of signature she ensured she had full cover and one of her team was in touch with me ensuring I had everything I needed. Super friendly and trusted.
