Although our house was so nice and exclusive, we had complicated situation since we had tenancy contract till Sep next year with not cooperative tenants. Without help of Julia and Francesca, we probably had even more complicated situation. Julia was so patient, nice and genuine that made tenants become more cooperative and Francesca was so experienced to guide us through the whole process to finalize the price. I should mention we had another attempt last year to sell our property with another agent with not pleasant experience. Although our house was not tenanted and was beautifully designed back then, we couldn't get any considerable offer near our expectation which was mainly due to wrong marketing strategy that time.
