Julia was extremely professional and helpful with any request for assistance I needed during the purchase of my new house in Charters Towers. I would recommend Julia and the team to any prospective buyer (or seller). I was always kept up to date via email or phone call and the transaction was very easy. A very big thank you Julia and the team at Towers Property & Co!

Julia worked hard to achieve the very best for us. Knows the market inside out and nothing was any trouble for her whenever we rang. Top Agent and we would not go anywhere else .

I contacted Julia regarding a few homes she had listed as I was looking to purchase my first home. This meant I was completely new to the process and how everything worked! Julia went above and beyond to ensure I had the information I needed, that I felt supported and was always there if I had any last-minute questions or queries. In addition to this, Julia was very responsive when requesting inspections or follow up things like building and pest requirements. Julia always thought about the big picture things, but it was the little personal touches that made the big difference for me. Julia was outstanding and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially their first.

Cannot recommend Julia Fraser highly enough. Absolute pleasure and so easy to deal with.

Julia is amazing to deal with, we are so happy that we chose her as she is so professional, prompt and a delight to approach. We had a very short turnaround from signing contract to settlement date. Julia made this happen with ease. Thank you again Julia much appreciated.

Our experience with purchasing our home with Julia was great. The whole process was very smooth and we were always kept up to date with the progress of our purchase.

Because our out of town property was sold very quickly we had to find another property to buy for ourselves. There was no houses of the the standard of our sold one and but thank goodness Julia came to our rescue and found us one that was off market. She worked tirelessly to help us transition from one home to another. Her knowledge and professionalism is the best.Communication about how the buy was progressing was exceptional.
