Good to deal with. Arrange inspections and recommend local,companies when asked, inspectors, shed installers etc. Good local knowledge about tradies, shops etc.

Having bought and sold a decent amount of properties over the years you get to meet a lot of Agents. Most of them are good and get the job done with a minimum of fuss but occasionally you meet an Agent who stands head and shoulders above the rest and Julia falls into this category.
