Julia has been exceptional at supporting us with the purchase of our new home here in Charters. Her communication was excellent and most of all her willingness to work with me from Brisbane was awesome. Nothing I asked was too difficult, and she went above and beyond to ensure that not only we as the buyers, but the sellers journey was a positive one. From friends up here looking on my behalf then arranging me to view and a later viewing for daughter when we were in town, changing dates and aligning conveyancers calendars, to the million questions I had about things new to me in the area, providing contact details for services needed... the list goes on.
