Julia helped to give a more in-depth view of what the local market was like. 6 months prior to sale I had a search on realestate.com.au saved with characteristics similar to my property. Based on this and general searches on sold properties for all characteristics I had a view on the market value. The view I had was lower than what we actually got. Photos tell a different story compared to actually seeing places and Julia has that perception based on seeing both the pictures and visiting the houses. Website searches give a ball park value but Julia helped to give a more accurate view of how much the property would be valued in the local market.

My husband and i have been looking for our first home for a few months when we went to an open home we met julia althogh that house was not what we were looking for she howver was after listening to what we were looking for she directed us up to another property and she made the time that same day to give us a walk through the property the property was great, but it was also the confidence i felt from her that made us buy the house on the spot.
