I can honestly say that Julia is the most honest, helpful and trustworthy Estate agent I have ever dealt with. We had been active in the market for about 3 weeks before we met Julia at a property she was selling. She was great at keeping us up to date with the progress and we ended up putting in an offer for the property. The offer was unfortunately not at accepted, Julia, however, did not just push us to the side and informed us what had happened with the bidding and then processed to ask us what we were looking for ( something we hadn't really experienced from other agents). She also advised us and help out with properties that weren't even within her listings and talked to us about other ways of trying to secure a property. She then sent us a listing which turned out to be the property we ended up winning at auction. Again Julia kept us up to date on the property throughout the campaign and the process of offers and eventually at auction.
