We had high expectations given her reputation, however we found that she lied to us about having prospective buyers inspect our house- making up story about a couple wanting to buy for thousands less than advertised, when no one actually turned up- several discussions later my husband found out the truth. She was testing us to see if we would drop the reserve price. We don’t appreciate being lied to. We have had to be honest with family and friends when they ask about our experience selling this time. Her coworker Margot has been the one we have had the most contact with, who appears to handle everything else, she has been lovely and very easy to deal with.

As a first home buyer Julia answered all of my questions whether big or small, silly or not. Julia was also very proficient in answering and returning phone calls.
