Where do I start. I spoke to Julia about my recent purchase as soon as I saw the property listed for sale. Julia was honest and upfront from the start. Most agents just tell you the good things (sometimes exaggerate and tell plain simple lies) to sell the property, however Julia was quite different. She told me all the good points and bad points and asked me to take some time to decide whether I still wanted to purchase the property. She was very professional where she ensured that she looks after the vendor's and purchaser's interest at all times. And the best thing about Julia is her unexpectedly ethical approach towards the sale. Before I met Julia, I had trouble trusting any real estate agents, but now she has converted my view forever. I would highly recommend Julia to all vendor's as she is probably the most honest, reliable and ethical real estate agent out there. And buyers, if you see a property listed by Julia, go for it as she will never lie to you. I know if I need any real estate business sorted in the future, Julia would be my only choice.

Julia was amazing to buy through, she went above and beyond with the service that she gave. Julia had a good knowledge of the area in which I was buying. I impressed in the fact that Julia looked after the interests of the vendor to the best of her abilities but she also cared about the buyer and what was in their best interests as well.
