What a top lady. Been looking for nearly a year to buy a house and auctions in surrounding areas and have been through the roof.. Other agents have lied and suspicious dummy bidding several times... I changed direction and found a beautiful house elswhere and Julia spent the time to hear what we were looking for and spent numerous hours helping us make it happen with our budget .. Julia spent the time to make sure this is what we were after with space and pool and not like other agents pushing you to buy before auction - wanting ridicoulous money for a shoe box sized land...Highly recommemd Julia as she has shown me how good and helpful one can be ...thanks again
