This team effort took a lot of work off of our shoulders, but more importantly, gave us confidence in a world that is currently showing none. Even though it was impacted by the coronavirus "lockdown", the sale of our house through Woodards' Julian Badenach (and Jessica Hellman) has been a very positive experience for us. From providing helpful advice about preparing our house for sale (including arranging a stylist consultation which gave us valuable presentation tips), through developing an auction campaign which they then adapted to a Deadline Private Sale campaign, then to successfully finalising our sale two weeks ahead of the original deadline date, Julian and Jessica have been thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, honest, respectful and reassuring. Their attention to detail and communications with us throughout the whole process were exemplary, as was the extra time and effort they had to put into individual buyer inspections necessitated by social distancing rules. Julian helped us sell our mother's home. Mum's house was very run down and we had to sell it in a hurry. His advice about how much to do to the house and his contacts with local trades people were absolutely crucial to making this difficult process as smooth as possible. His hard work also got us a great result with three bidders at the auction and a sale price that was $155,500 over the reserve in a very tight market.
