We weren’t 100% sure we were going to sell but we met with Julian anyway. I had contacted Belle because they had such incredible google reviews, but I will be completely honest, when I got allocated Julian I saw his photo and was slightly concerned because he looks so young. But I couldn’t have been more wrong!!! He is an absolute natural and has at least 6-8 years in the industry. We loved his honest, open approach. He was so different to the stereotypical regal estate agent who is pushy and appears to only be telling you partial truths. I think it’s so important for the best sale of your property to not only have an estate agent that knows what they’re doing but is also very likeable. We’ve been to many inspections where the estate agent was so off putting we didn’t want to buy off them. Julian was not like this. He has his reasoning for every suggestion he makes but also double checks that we understand and agree with what he is proposing. It was our first time selling and we wanted everything to be absolutely perfect as we had put a lot of time and effort into the renovation. Julian promptly addressed any concern we had, even silly ones, and never made us feel dumb for asking. I will recommend Julian with confidence that he would do an exceptional job for his next client. He had so much excitement and passion, when things were looking a little grim (another COVID lockdown mid campaign), we still stayed positive because of Julian’s amazing attitude. It honestly felt like Julian was our very supportive best friend throughout the entire campaign. Thank you so much!!!!

Julian is a total legend. We sold my mums apartment and he was amazing to deal with from all aspects. He took the time with our mum and made her feel comfortable with the process. A lock down occurred after the first week of launching the campaign and he still managed to sell our property for an amount above what we expected under difficult circumstances.
