I recently sold a rental apartment in South Yarra using a small agent who was managing it. I thought it would be more personal service, but it ended up feeling like a lack of service, especially communication. I tried another agent in this time, and he was terrible - more like a used car salesman who wasted a month of my time and messed both me and my tenant around.
