Julian assisted in a purchase during COVID-19 lockdown and went above and beyond what he needed to. Compared to other agents for the area we purchased, Julian communicated at all times with the us as well as the Vendor to ensure we were both happy. We had a building report prepared and there were minor issues, which we couldn't find a tradesman for at the last minute to quote, we let Julian know and he was able to source someone immediately. Julian explained the process at each step and no question was too silly. He is easy to communicate with, was always available, even working after hours and Sunday (!), would call back if he was busy and explained the contract for us.
