well first very happy with julian carvaiho he was very clear on what he could do for me no scammy sales pitch straight up honest put his rep on the line in saying if i cannot do this i should not be selling houses he kept me inform every step of the way very honest on where we were at every step happy with advertising felt it was very professional the help in cleaning house and yard was a great help for me as i had immitted time. auction day i felt that we were not going to get a good result but julian and the team were very positive and very professional in there approach to the day gave me a run down on how they felt things would go asked me to trust them.so i did, sat back and end result was a sale and i was over the moon great result very happy that a nice family bought the house i would recommend julian and harcourts to look after your property sale 100% if i could give 10 stars i would thanks to harcourts and julian if i need to sell in the future you have my business thanks
