Julian helped the reviewer sell this property

A pleasure to deal with.

Julian is a genleman and made selling our property, which was a third floor apartment effortless. We had a unique situation in which our tenant was ill and we wanted to assist him with relocating which Julian was more than willing to help with. Julian provided updates when relevant and managed to achieve a sale above the current market with a 30 day settlement. We definitely recommend to engage with Julian to manage the sale your property.
