Julian helped the reviewer sell this property

Reliable, friendly, efficient and fast.

I recently sold my property in Oaks Santai through Julian, after being recommended to deal with him by the manager at the resort my property is in. Julian was on the job immediately. He viewed my unit the next day, organised photos, planned the advertising campaign and got the ball rolling in less than a week, including putting me in contact with a conveyancer. Being a local himself, he specialises in all things Oaks Santai, Casuarina and the surrounding area and he already had a list of interested buyers. We decided to aim for a building record high and the property was sold within 2 weeks. I could not be happier with Julian's efforts. He was in touch via email and message every step of the way and I would happily recommend him to anyone. He is professional, courteous, easy to talk to and, unlike my past dealings with different real estate agents, not pushy, just efficient and reliable.
