Our family recently sold our mother's house with Davies Gladman Real Estate. The sale was a deceased estate and we could tell pretty much straight away that Julian would be our agent based on his insightful demeanor around the circumstances, but more so on his energy at our first meeting at the property. Our property was on market through the Xmas/New Year period and even though this is a traditionally a quiet time Julian was working on leads on kept us thoroughly informed even when he was on holidays! In the end we achieved the estimated price that Julian quoted at our first meeting which we thought, given the current market conditions, was a great result. Julian's can do and positive attitude was evident right through the sale process and we were very happy to have Davies Gladman representing us and would have no hesitation in recommending the business to other prospective vendors in the region.
