Julian Ellis

I have sold 3 houses now through Julian. He is the only agent I have come across that puts in an effort. Most do nothing, hope someone comes and asks to buy the property and then try's to make the seller take the first offer. Julian gave me the offers but advised don't accept yet, he can do better. He did more work to get me a better price. Happy to chat to anyone regarding him. I have never met Julian face to face. He did this for me because I was the one paying him, not the buyer. It was a pleasure to work with him and the first agent I have delt with that I was happy to pay the commission to.

I have never met an agent that goes so far out of their way to help a vendor. It was not in his scope but the things Julian did to help me with my sale were over and above what is expected of an agent and I have used many in my years. Can not recommend Julian strongly enough if you want someone that thinks outside the square and is willing to go the extra mile.

Julian did a superb job getting us the price we were hoping for in the purchase and sale of our rental property. Knew the market locally and was honest and open.
