Julian clearly knows what he is doing. The sale went underway very quickly with complications on the way. Whenever I had a query he was able toanswer it. The three hour time difference to where I live was not an issue because he either picked up the phone or called straight back. He was just as responsive by email. Including weekends. He really does go above and beyond and is professional and approachable along the way.
