If you want to sell you unit at the right price, Julian Hasemer and his experienced team at 1st City is the "go to agent" in the Eastern suburbs. We were overseas when we put our unit on the market, at a distance and inconvenient time zones makes communication difficult for vendor and agent alike. Julian excelled, preparing marketing, signage and brouchre at speed and numerous other tasks quite outside of his contract.
