The best way I could describe Julian is a straight shooter. I spoke to several agents before choosing him to sell my house after trying to sell it myself privately unsuccessfully (in a tough market). I'm not a fan of the buzz words and repetitive sales pitches I got from other agents; some of them repeated their same pitch to me the second time I spoke to them so I know they use it every time a client calls "I work 16 hours per day, my wife hates it, I'll work that hard for you blah blah". When I first spoke to Julian on the phone I immediately felt confident he was the right person to sell my house; friendly, relaxed and personable, and no bullshit.
