We chose Julian McMillan of Ray White Maroochydore to sell our property at Mudjimba. Julian did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process, managing both ours and prospective buyers' expectations. We found Julian to be very pleasant to deal with and always willing to lend a hand since we are not local to the area (eg. checking in on the recently laid new turf, arranging mowing, etc). The marketing materials and promotion of the property were as promised, with excellent professional photos and good shot selection. Costs were commensurate with other agents, with a standard commission rate. Our place was sold on auction day by Dan Snowden (Director, Ray White Maroochydore). Dan did a fantastic job and managed to get us slightly above our reserve price. Overall I would highly recommend Julian and Dan if you are looking to sell a property in the Maroochy area.
