Julian is always kind and friendly, always keeping us informed of what was going on with buyers, and never pressuring us to make any decisions about what price we should take. Selling can be a stressful time, controlling certain aspects of how the house was sold was important to me, Julian took any restriction I required in his stride with no complaint or drama. His approachable nature made it easy for him to get the buyers story every time, to know where we stood regarding offers. We had many offers come forward on the property, and there was always at least 3 buyers at every open home weekend. During one of the open homes, a tree fell on our Container home granny flat, which we ran our business out of. With my husband away for work, Julian came back and helped chop the tree apart with an axe and removed all of the branches. He was a massive help we really appreciate all his efforts during the sale of our property.
