Juliana is a very personable agent with great local knowledge who acted on the owners behalf with devotion. I would suggest she continue contact with both owner and buyer until settlement as its not a sale until then and there are always small issues to communicate and resolve to satisfy all parties. Also improve your finance contacts as they make it easier for you to close a deal. She has a big future in Real Estate wither on-time approach and communications skills.

Juliana negotiated a deal for us while we were in remote Serengeti, Tanzania! Fortunately, the hotel had great email access and we were able to complete the deal.Juliana was always keen and enthusiastic about the sale, offering suggestions and ideas. Unfortunately, her Office let her down several times with incorrect letters to us and incorrect mailing of important documents. Left us with an awkward feeling of unreliability.
