When I first met Julianne I felt very comfortable with her, despite the fact this was during COVID and we were all wearing masks and knew the challenges would be there. I live in Qld and didn’t ever get back down to Ballina and the house was sold via zoom. Julianne immediately set up a good communication pattern with me, always phoning to discuss matters and particularly once she got to the stage of house inspections. She seemed to have good knowledge of current valuations and sale prices and was spot on with what we received for the house. Julianne also impressed me with her attitude, offering to help move out furniture when the time came. Julianne is an exceptional agent, and I appreciated her hard work and dedication.
