Julianne recently sold a unit at Broadbeach for me. I cannot express with enough words how great Julianne is. I will start at the end. The sale achieved a record for the building and exceeded what I thought possible. How? Julianne’s strategy was practical, rational and suited the market perfectly. I have even had competitors congratulate me on the outcome. As well as the sales strategy, Julianne’s passionate approach to the real estate game and her completely thorough ethic and can do attitude are awesome. No question or conversation was brushed off or disrespected. Her attention to detail and collaborations with so many deserve mention.
