Nothing was ever to much trouble for him, we had horrific encounters with a previous real estate - over estimating property insights - all the promises in the world to us which never happened - Auction came in $300k under our reserve & previous real estate was annoyed as we wouldn’t accept the offer!! Promises they made didn’t happen. Juliano took us under his wing & cared about us - we weren’t just about a commission being paid!!
