Julie is caring and patient, makes it easy to work with. Our property in Ascot Vale was an owner builder renovated Victorian house. Right after we engaged with Nelson Alexander for selling the house, we had to face difficulty with City Council, Building Authority, surveyor, etc. Julie was always helpful, gave us her professional advice and took each step with us to resolve issues we faced. It took us nearly four years to resolve all the issues with authority, but Julie showed her consistency and patience to keep bringing prospective buyers.
