From the very first meeting we knew we were in good hands with Julie-Ann. We thought the house would be a knock down and rebuild. Had very firm belief's we would not be spending anything on it to ready it to sell. Jules had other ideas. She told us who she thought he buyers would be, and expected value with and without work done on it. Her professionalism and obvious knowledge of the market convinced us to take her suggestions on-board. Cue in Tia from Savinggrace, who put us onto contractors to do the work, and did the coordination once we had decided what we wanted. All we had to do really was have a couple of meeting, send a few emails, and Tia made sure it flowed. The change in the property following their suggestions was astounding. Jules market experience and knowledge proved exceptional. Cost of the updates was almost spot on what she said they would be; we sold within the timeframe she predicted to the sort of buyer she said would be looking; and we were more than pleased with the price we got (which was pretty much exactly what she said we would get with the improvements). We really cant fault Julie-Ann. She exudes confidence, but is not arrogant. She absolutely knows her stuff, but is not pushy in her suggestions - definitely a 'this is what I think, but ultimately its your choice' . Doesn't beat around the bush, and tells it how it is. Bends over backwards to get you the absolute best price she can. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jules in a heartbeat.
