I chose Julie as she was the local agent of a very big company. Her expertise in all aspects exceeded my previous experience with other agents over the years. She keep me informed, listened to my views and achieved a quick and professional sale Buying and selling can be stressful so I recommend Julie with great confidence

Julie has been an excellent agent. She is always accessible, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Prior to deciding to sell Julie had always kept in touch with us about nearby sales and market updates. Therefore we had overall confidence in her knowledge of our property and it’s market to hit the ground running so to speak. From the outset of the selling process through to final sale Julie handled every aspect with commitment and expertise. Her communication with us and her consideration of us as sellers both personally and professionally was second to none.

We have had pleasure of Julie's support in both buying and selling this property - her communication was excellent we always felt we knew what was happening - and given we live in Victoria this was really most appreciated. She always gave updates on interest, house showings and the feedback/interest recieved - we couldnt ask for better.

We met Julie after we rang the advertising agent for a property in Noosaville She answered promptly and arranged an inspection at our requested time She was at the property when we arrived. She did not press us with time limits or anything like a hard sell. She knew all the answers to our questions. We felt she was knowledgeable, friendly and professional After we decided to purchase she guided us through the process with no fuss. I was really a pleasure to deal with Julie. She is exactly the person I like to deal with

Dealing with Julie was a pleasure, stress free and we could feel her interest in us from our initial appointment at the property. And her after sales service was impeccable, we would be very pleased to have her represent us again in the future.

Julie understands the market in Noosa - go to her if you want honest informed advice - buying or selling!

Julie managed our sale process in conjunction with Mal and, together, they achieved a fantastic result. Julie's management of the OFI's was first class, she followed up with a report after each OFI and offered her insights on each potential buyer which kept us informed on the overall sale progress. A pleasure to deal with.

We had a lovely experience buying through Julie. Not only is she highly professional and a great communicator, she was also very open and transparent with the buying process.

Throughout the entire process Julie was extremely attentive and approachable. She is extremely experienced and was able to help with advice and tradesmen to get the property ready and looking it’s best for sale. She worked tirelessly to get interested parties, provide frequent feedback and ensure the sale did not fall over. Julie sold the property in the timeframe and for the amount we wanted. We would not hesitate in recommending or working with Julie again.

Along with the conveyances, it was very straight forward.

Julie was a pleasure to work with very patient and nothing was too much trouble at no stage did we feel under pressure....... would certainly recommend her services to any one looking to buy in the Noosa area....... Thank you Julie
