Julie was fantastic. Nothing to much trouble for her in our search to find the right property and negotiate a price that would work for us as purchasers and also for the vendor. She understood our requirements and was instrumental in helping us secure the property. We had some issues along the way on our side and she help smooth things and keep the sales process going in a very understanding manner. Without her this sale would not have happened. We were looking around Cessnock to see whether we would invest in a property. We went in to a few agencies to ask about properties they had advertised in the window. The staff informed us that the property we were interested in had been sold, but didn't get a sales person to speak to us, or ask what our investment parameters were. When we went in to Julie's agency, she was very knowledgeable about the different properties she had available, what would fit within our interest and investment approach, and suggested a number of options. Julie made a time for us to view one property and her approach to discussing the merits of the property made it clear she is an agent with integrity. We ended up buying one of the properties suggested by Julie because she was able to identify what would work for us and point us in the right direction. (There was no real negotiation to be done on purchase price, because the vendors knew exactly what they wanted. Julie told us straight up that they would not be prepared to negotiate a lower price.) We would definitely see Julie again if we were looking at buying in Cessnock.
