Too many price reductions

Julie could have provided a little more guidance on market price in the very beginning. As it was, the property was overpriced which put a lot of potential buyers off and led to us having to continually reduce the price, making us all look a bit silly. On a more positive note, Julie was always a pleasure to deal with and a genuinely lovely person.
