While we had a good result with the sale of the property. As a paying client, my written and verbal repeated request to the office and agent personally for sale price to be undisclosed for privacy reasons was simply ignored. Disappointment at the lack of respect and professionalism is an understatement. She received a substantial commission and she still went against my explicit wishes.

What a fantastic quick working sales person Julie is. Selling in a tough market was a scary prospect, but Julie did a great job in presenting our house in the best possible light. I felt she understood our home’s appeal and went above and beyond, even keeping the deck clear of bird poop and feeding the fish when we weren’t there. The photos and marketing was fabulous, and Julie kept us informed realistically all along the way. Ultimately we got the price we wanted and sold before auction.
