Thought Julie and Wal Murray were professional to start, given our experience was based on a 'Trust Fund Sale' a number of prior sent documents had to be provided again and again due to being misplaced... Julie's communication skills were left to be desired. Providing advice that then would not be forthcoming, made it very challenging to both deal with and have a clear understanding of any progress in our sale. Understand things don't always go to plan, but customers in my experience (prior State Sales Manager) clients just want to know the facts GOOD or BAD, then can make an informed decision. It was a shame as "Use car salesman" was often the term bandied around when seeking any understanding to Julie approach towards advice given.. We did manage to sell our property and for that we are grateful, would I recommend Wal Murray to family and friends, possibly not, unless they were in the same predicament as us :(
