I put my house up for sale in June 2017 & a few days later the house next door was started to be demolished. The noise was deafening & after 3 months I took it off the market because they started to level the block & remove the swimming pool. Then they had a meeting with the developers about covenants, this took us into November & they negotiated an agreement with the council. Building then started on the granny flat/shed/garage/dwelling according to the builders.
