There were a handful maintenance items to attend to; Julie used her network of contacts to help me quickly address these from interstate. Julie was communicating regularly with me during the sale and she was very easy to contact if I had question. When you first meet Julie you get a strong impression that she really knows her business and knows the sales process like the back of her hand. She proved that by answering most of the questions we had before we even had a chance to ask them. Julie does her homework and you never get the impression that she’s trying to sell you. She genuinely wants to know what you want for your property and then goes to work for you. Within 2 days of meeting her she had arranged a home inspection for a group of her prospective clients.
