From my first contact with Julie at a home open I was impressed with her honesty. Obviously she was there on behalf of the seller and did an excellent job of promoting the house I was viewing, but she did so in a manner that gave me a lot of confidence in what she was saying was actually correct. There was none of the hard sell that has put me off when dealing with other agents. She was knowledgeable about the property I was viewing and clearly passionate to promote all the positives it had to offer, but was also conscious of my needs as a potential buyer. After a period of time and largely down to the further hard work Julie put in, keeping me updated with the status of the property, I decided to place an offer which was subsequently accepted by the seller. From that point onwards Julie has kept me updated with the progress of the sale and offered advice and support all of the way. As I live some distance from the purchased property, Julie even carried out inspections on the property and sorted out some minor maintenance issues on my behalf.
