For the seven years leading up to April 2016, Julie was a senior building consultant for the largest residential builder situated in Adelaide, S.A. For those 7 years, Julie managed to work closely with many clients from the start of designing the clients’ house to the product of their brand-new home. Julie worked one on one with each client for 1 year from start to hand over & collection of keys. Julie project managed 40 homes being built every year, over 200 homes in total. In April 2014, although still managing the builds of properties in Adelaide, Julie became a qualified Queensland licensed Real Estate agent and qualified Buyers Agent and began representing “Online Property Sales” on a part-time basis. In April 2016, Julie began full time with Online Property Sales and Rentals. In this time Julie has also been a property developer for the past 18 years and has an eye for detail when it comes down to home specifications & inclusions. Julie has travelled the world extensively and has inspected properties for sale all around the globe giving her a world-wide knowledge of many vast properties. Julie has been a Real Estate tycoon in wheeling and dealing her own investment properties as well for her clients for the past 18 years, negotiating with her best skills on a weekly basis and negotiating her clients purchase price down to their terms & conditions, settlement dates and financial dealings to make the whole project and process run smoothly for the client. Outstanding results

Julie is an exceptional agent who recently sold my investment property on the Sunshine coast. Even though the area was not her usual patch, she showed huge knowledge and understanding of the local market. She drew considerable interest in the property from her huge database as well as effective marketing and received offer's within 48hrs of listing. Even though the process seemed smooth and easy from my end, Julie was working exceptionally hard in the background negotiating a sale well above the price guideline and even my own most optimistic expectations. Very Professional and Prompt Service

Julie was very professional and knew the market very well. We had a few issues with the compliance of the pool fencing and smoke alarms which Julie was on to straight away and got these matters sorted out for us. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Julie as she went over and above to make sure the house sale went through smoothly. Not living close by it was reassuring to have someone like Julie selling the house. If we were selling again in this area we would definitely be using Julie at One Agency Coolum Beach.
