I found Julie Forrest as a great communicator as i feel you need when selling your house.Felt very comfortable about talking with her about every aspect of selling and knew she had that vibe of being co-operative straight away! She gave us peace of mind and knew she would sell our house, just by her demeanor. She was fair and felt she was a great negotiator between parties! We had our house on the market for 3 months with another real estate with no progress until Mont (Julie Forrest) took over and sold our house in 2 weeks! Great feedback which I thought was great and took on board! Would definitely recommend Mont, Julie Forrest for their highly professionalism and their honesty.....Regards Clara and David
