Selling my house in Culburra Beach as a single woman was a daunting prospect, but Julie made it feel much less so. Having lived in Culburra all her life, she has a deep knowledge of the area and a strong understanding of the local market. She is busy, but she gets things done - and that confidence is reassuring. They managed everything for me, communication was excellent and regular, and the final sales result exceeded my expectations - without the need to go to auction.
