From the first time I spoke to her back in January 2016, Julie was always incredibly helpful, kind and supportive. The unit we purchased in Cairns was our very first investment property and we were purchasing it to accommodate my mother-in-law as the tenant. If not for Julie, we would have had a terrible first experience and in all honesty, we would have pulled out of the purchase. The vendor was slow, we had a poor experience with our Conveyancer and the Bank was being difficult as well. The only positive aspect of the entire purchase was Julie. Now that we have finally settled in March 2016 and can reflect on the experience, we know that if not for Julie, we would have gone mad and refused to buy another investment property.
