Julie is a terrific real estate agent. She was able to paint a great overall picture with the house and area in general, as she was quite familiar with the area. She and her team were forthright in letting us know the expectations of the vendor which made our decision simple and straight forward. She patiently responded and worked on all of our requests, be it related to multiple inspections or other contract clauses related to cooling off period. They were also quite helpful in assisting with letting the place out and on-board tenants for the property. Overall, we were comfortable in buying property through Julie and her team at Response RE, and would be happy to recommend them to any of our friends for their consideration.
