We had a great experience working with Julie on the sale of our property. She was transparent with the whole process taking into considerations our future plans (e.g. price, timeline, purpose for selling) as these factors position us with realistic expectations, and working out multiple strategies to get a sale through with an outcome that we were happy with. We listed our property 2-3 weeks before COVID lockdowns, and despite these unexpected set backs she was able to continue and work hard to get the result we were happy with. She is supported with a great team who are well-informed of updates and potential clients that made conversing much easier - i.e. her team were all on the same page which helped enormously with our communication. It would be extremely difficult to speak to multiple team members and have your listing and details being passed around with a lack of cohesion between the team. There are many reasons why Julie has sold so many properties in the Riverstone area and one of them comes down to her experience and team when dealing with property transactions.
