The team at Response RE lead by Julie managed our dual tenanted property for quite some time before we decided to put it on the market. As far as managing agents go, they ticked every box, however, this is not the only reason that we turned to Julie when it was time to sell. We decided to look at the recent sales in our suburb to see what similar properties were selling for. What we noticed, was that Julie seemed to achieve consistent results that appeared a lot better than the other agents in the area. Once we saw this, along with our dealings with Response RE up until that point, it was a no brainer. We decided to sell at a poor time with interest rates increasing month on month and with each increase buyers borrowing capacity began to decrease, something that we definitely noticed over time, based on the offers that we were receiving. This did not deter Julie one bit and it was evident that she was well experienced in her field. Multiple open homes, private viewings, liaising with multiple tenants, strategy phone meetings, she even trimmed a big bush in the front yard (with our permission of course) because she felt it would make a difference to the presentation of our property! She really gave it her all and of course, after wading through many poor offers, she sold our property for a price that we were happy with. Julie always made sure that we were kept up to date, she always made sure that we were happy with how things were progressing and most importantly she was always open and honest with us throughout the sale.
