House sold in 4 days!

What an outstanding result for us thanks yo the whole Response Team at Riverstone. From start to finish the team handled everything so well. Julie came to Magnolia Grove to give an appraisal in December. I was so impressed with her professional, trustworthy and honest nature that I agreed to list it with Response who really exceeded my expectations. I had other appraisals and gave the listing to Julie and her team as they displayed such excellent knowledge of the local area and the market. I was going to list it in March but Julie explained the quicker the better and she was right! So we pulled together with family and friends and had it ready for mid-January. The house was listed, contracts drawn up, photos taken snd the house went live on a Thursday in January. This whole process took a week. The Response Team had Open Homes scheduled for Friday, Saturday and believe it or not - Sunday! They had buyers waiting and we were overwhelmed with the response. During the 3 days of Open Homes, we had over 50 groups through and gave out 11 contracts. After dozens of offers, we found our buyer on the following Tuesday thanks to Julie Grigg and her team. The original price guide was exceeded and I was delighted with the result. I would like to make special note of the communication offered by this team.
