She was able to recommend a firm of solicitors to do the conveyancing. We had good experiences with them, both selling our place and buying our current unit. Through no fault of her own, the first prospective buyer we found failed to gain access to finance, which put us back to square one. Julie instantly recovered from the mishap and found the eventual buyers within just another couple of weeks. Her dedication and communication skills are of the highest order. But, most of all, you get the feeling with her that she is someone you can trust to represent your interest to the best of her ability.
