We worked with Julie over number of years, both to buy, manage and sell our property. Julie and team made the whole process easy for us as we live in a different state. We appointed Julie as our selling agent. Julie found us a buyer in no time, kept us informed regularly and helped us sell at a good price. A good experience all round, thank you Julie and team.
Julie understands the market and the overall region. She is very experienced and brings the knowledge to help us navigate the process very smoothly.
Julie was such a lovely person who made the entire sales process so easy! Her knowledge of the market on where to price the property was spot on. We had the offer we were after almost immediately! Thanks for all of your help and support!
Been dealing with Julie since back from 2015, which was for our first investment property, we had a lot of questions and concerns and lacked knowledge. She was incredibly patient and understanding. Julie took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever we needed her. Highly recommended! Julie's experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. Shane and Denise have also been a pleasure to deal with over the years.
Julie went above and beyond with the issues we faced. Always approachable.
Her knowledge of the market and the area in which we sold was 2nd to none. Her communication was non stop with updates regularly. It was just a charm to have Julie as our sale agent, we have dealt with other agents in the past, where was Julie then. cannot ask for better. If you want it sold Julie is the one you need to engage. Regards Sylvia

Excellent services for so many years and thanks for the advice. The best agent ever. Thanks Julie and Shane..
Right from the start we were provided with professional advice about all aspects of the sale. I am positive this resulted in the maximum price we could obtain for the sale.
