Julie Wailing came to my attention through a friend who was also selling his home. After a very poor auction result, my friend invited me to his house, this is where I met Julie, Kaining & Shirley all from Fletchers real estate. Julie gave me some good free information that proved to be invailable. My house was sold on the Monday after the auction. With many mistakes & misleading comments proved again how badly the agents handled the sale.
